JWT Construction & Maintenance is a licensed building and carpentry business led by fifth-generation builder Jesse Theil, serving the Central Coast, Lake Macquarie, Newcastle and the Hunter Valley.
Building is in the blood at JWT. Jesse grew up on the tools, learning the trade from the ground up through a family that has been building for generations. With 13 years of hands-on experience, and his dad still working alongside him on the jobs, he brings a level of craftsmanship and pride that is getting harder to find.
Before starting JWT, Jesse spent years site-managing major government projects across NSW, including school and train-station builds. Every job is run properly: planned, managed and finished to a high standard, with honest timelines and clear communication from the first quote through to handover.
We believe in quality over the cheapest quote in the room, and in building things that last. We are a fully licensed builder (NSW lic. 497800C) and carpentry business (347263C), a member of the Master Builders Association, and fully insured.
